Texas Conservative Lobbyist News: Texas Best in Global Trade
Global Trade Magazine just named Texas the top state for global trade. Texas has been a United States leader in exports for the last 11 consecutive years, outperforming other leaders like Florida and California exponentially. “Over the last 10 years, Texas has built one of the best job creation climates in the nation by committing to low taxes, smart and predictable regulations, fair courts and a maintaining a highly-skilled and educated workforce.” said Gov. Perry.
“This combination has not only attracted businesses of all sizes from around the world, it has also given Texas the opportunity to grow and thrive.”
In another report on the best cities in global trade, Global Trade Magazine named six Texas cities in the top 25. Houston was crowned number 1, and was followed closely by San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Brownsville, Dallas, and Beaumont. For the last decade, Texas has received a staggering amount of recognition and awards for it’s remarkable economic performance.
